Disappointing GDP Data Lowered U.S. Markets

As of January 30, U.S. markets left their highest levels due to the unexpected contraction in the U.S. economy in the fourth quarter of 2012 and that Federal Rserve said the improvement in the U.S. economy paused in recent months. S&P 500 index and Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 0.39% and 0.32%, reaching 1,501.96 and 13,910.42, respectively.
